Apisa & Company is a company registered in April 2003 in Nigeria with the Corporate Affairs Commission. It specializes in real estate agency, management of properties, sale and purchase of landed properties.

Apisa & Company is a service firm run by a combination of full time staff and a network of agents burning with a passion to serve the general public and deliver value for money.

The company is headed by MR. PETER ADEBOLU, a 1988 graduate of Mass Communication from the University of Lagos.

Starting his working life in 1989 as a journalist with The PUNCH newspaper in Lagos, he practiced journalism for several years with different news publications rising to the post of editor of a Port Harcourt-based weekly, The Advert newspaper in 2002.

In 2003, under the inspiration of the holy spirit, and having recognised the wide gap in the service industry, he set up Apisa & Company to provide real estate agency services to Port Harcourt residents many of whom he found to be always too choked in their tight work schedule to address their simple day-to-day needs.

The sense of responsibility and integrity that the company has demonstrated over the years when it started in a little one-room office, has lifted the company far beyond the expectation of many keen watchers. Its major strength has always lied in the recommendations usually given by its numerous clients to people around them.

Thus the company which started by renting out single rooms to passing-by clients in 2003, now boasts of a more befitting and strategically located office where it proudly services corporate individuals and organizations.

Not only does the company provide accommodation, both residential and commercial to clients; it now manages properties of all kinds in different parts of Port Harcourt for numerous clients whose major concern is service delivery, honesty and integrity.
